Initial Consultation

Your journey can start with a free first online consultation. This 15-30 minute session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We can discuss your needs and what you would like to get out of therapy. I will also explain how my online counselling services work regarding session times, cancellation policy, etc. We meet via a secure video call (or phone, if you prefer). If you do not want to do this, then you can either text or email!
