If you’ve been holding it all in and pretending you’re fine, this space is for you.
What therapy with me looks like
I won’t just nod along and ask how that makes you feel — unless that’s actually useful. And I’m not going to slap a mindfulness app or breathing technique on something that runs way deeper.
Instead, I help you slow down, get honest, and really start listening to what your inner world’s been trying to say. That part of you that’s exhausted. The part that’s scared. The part that shuts down or spirals or keeps pushing through. We work with those parts, not against them.
I use a mix of approaches (including parts work, relational therapy, and body-based awareness) to explore what’s going on beneath the surface. The inner critic. The avoider. The anxious one. The achiever. You’re not one thing, you’re many. Therapy helps you get to know each of them, so they stop running the show in the background.
Why I work this way and – how it might help you
Because I’ve lived it.
Not in a vague “I understand what you’re going through” kind of way.
But in the real, messy way — panic attacks, emotional shutdowns, addictive patterns, shame, grief, self-doubt so thick it made basic things feel impossible.
Therapy helped me untangle all of that — not with quick fixes, but by slowly building a relationship with the parts of me I used to fight.
That’s what I offer you now:
A grounded, honest space to explore what’s really going on — and to find a way forward that’s actually yours.
